One of Cassandra's close friends informed us that we needed to add her to the In Memory file and I was able to find her obituary online. She passed away in Kemp, Texas on May 31, 2015 and her burial was handled by the Grand Prairie funeral home. So sorry this news was not posted in a more current manner. I didn't know Cassandra well but I always thought she was a pretty and vivacious girl.

It is sad that we have lost contact with many of our classmates. It's even sader when we no longer have the opportunity. I remember Cassandra as a very friendly girl in school and I do remember she came to at least one reunion years ago and I was able to visit with her a little then. I wish that we could have kept up with her over the years.

I grew up with her. She was friends with Nancy Willis. I knew her from grade school through high school. She was a very nice girl.
